Arbitrator says T.O. owes Eagles (Philly.com)

An arbitrator has ruled that Terrell Owens owes the Philadelphia Eagles $769,120 in signing bonus money.

The Eagles sought to recover the money after the all-pro wide receiver was suspended for four games without pay during the 2005 season. Not long after, Eagles coach Andy Reid told Owens to stay home for the remaining five games.

The bonus money will be applied to the Eagles’ salary cap for 2008.
